What are the available trade and payment terms?
We accept T/T with 40% as deposit and balance against copy of B/L, irrevocable L/C at sight, or O/A. Lead time is typically 14-21 working days after deposit. Free small samples are available within 7-10 days.
How is the delivery of goods handled?
Goods can be delivered via sea freight through major shipping companies or your designated forwarder. For urgent or smaller items, air freight options like TNT, DHL, and Fedex are available.

What is the standard ordering process?

There is no MOQ requirement for most standard products. MOQ only applies to new or fully customized items. We recommend 1x20ft container orders to optimize shipping costs.

We provide detailed assembly instructions with the shipping documents. If necessary, we can also provide engineering support or experienced installers to assist with the setup.
