Please provide the pallet size (L*W*H), the intended usage (racking, stacking, or shipping), and the required load capacity (dynamic, static, or racking load). Our team will propose the most suitable model.
Can you customize the color and what is the MOQ?
Yes, we can customize the color if you provide a Pantone Number. The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for customized colors is typically 300 pieces.
How long is the delivery time?
In general, delivery takes 15-20 days once the advance payment is received. For formal orders, we provide a production plan to guarantee on-time delivery.
What are your quality assurance terms?
We offer a 3-year warranty. Replacement policy: 1-to-1 within 1 year, 2-to-1 within 2 years, and 3-to-1 within 3 years. We also support SGS testing.
What materials are used in your products?
Unless otherwise noted, we use our own eco-friendly formula consisting of 100% new HDPE material, which is lead-free and recyclable.
