We accept TT (30% in advance, balance against copy documents) and irrevocable L/C at sight. Standard delivery is approximately 30 days after order confirmation.
3. How are the goods typically packed?
Items are usually packed in cartons, and can be wrapped with plastic banding and stretch film. Custom palletized packing is available upon request.
4. What is the average production lead time?
The average lead time is 3-4 weeks from receipt of the formal order and deposit.
5. Can I request a sample before ordering?
Standard product samples are free of charge, excluding freight costs. For customized products, both sample and freight fees apply.
6. Do you support small quantity custom designs?
Yes, we can work with your customized designs regardless of the quantity, though costs may vary based on the order size.
