Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are your primary manufacturing processes?
Our core services include CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Punching, CNC Bending/Forming, Welding (MIG, TIG, Spot), Hardware Insertion, Grinding, and various Surface-Treatments like Powder Coating and Anodizing.
Q2: What file formats do you prefer for quoting and production?
We prefer native 3D CAD files (.STEP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, .IPT). 2D drawings (.DXF, .DWG, .PDF) are also acceptable but must include critical dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
Q3: What are your standard tolerance capabilities?
Standard tolerances: Laser/Punch Cutting: ± 0.127 mm; Bending: ± 0.5° on angles; Hole Locations: ± 0.127 mm. Tighter tolerances are achievable upon discussion.
Q4: What is the typical lead time for production?
Prototypes usually take 1-2 weeks. Low to mid-volume production takes 2-4 weeks, while high-volume orders may take 4+ weeks.
Q5: Do you provide surface treatment services?
Yes, we provide full finishing services including Shot-blasting, Powder Coating, Anodizing, Plating, Screen Printing, and Laser Marking to ensure a professional look and durability.
Q6: How can I ensure the accuracy of hardware and welding?
Please specify all hardware (PEM parts, thread sizes) and weld requirements directly on your 2D drawings. Our engineering team can also provide recommendations based on your assembly's function.
